Michelle wanted her team of six managers to work more cohesively, and to demonstrate more strategic capabilities by proposing sound business ideas for the executive team to review.
Jackie worked with the team to identify and evaluate what was working well, what wasn’t and what could be improved. She designed and delivered a one-day workshop on how they could better collaborate and connect with each other, and become more influential in driving the business forward. She coached each of them to develop their individual management styles. She also reconnected with the managers three and six months later, to assess and evaluate their progress.
Constant change was a challenge for many of the team members who had been with the organisation for many years.
Jackie designed and delivered workshops on 1) Change management 2) Understanding behavioural preferences and 3) How best to give and receive feedback.
